It\u2019s season 10 and Elite Concepts\u2019 Crabfest is still going strong. Hairy crabs are an annual tradition in Shanghai, and this year the crabs are especially fresh, sweet and plump, with deliciously creamy crab roe. No wonder they\u2019re selling exceptionally well, with so much praise.
